PASTA AL POGGIO - SUNDAY 22 SEPTEMBER 2019

A morning dedicated to learning the secrets of fresh pasta on the splendid Poggio Pagnan hill in the heart of Borgo Valbelluna.

Chef Gabriele Da Rin will teach you how to knead, iron and work fresh homemade pasta, the main dish of Italian and Belluno tradition;

After finishing cooking, you will sit at the table and taste the culinary creations surrounded by the rows of piwi vineyards.
