Our historic houses, old palaces, Venetian villas and mountain huts are placed in the Veneto Region, manly in the municipality of Mel (Belluno): the historical heart of Dolomites. Choosing between our accommodation isn’t easy because everyone are cosy, elegant and placed in interesting locations. Relais Poggio Pagnan is located in Zottier, a suburb of Borgo Valbelluna (BL). It’s a welcoming double floor building recovered by restoring an old barn part of a 17th century farmhouse. It’s a comfortable and quite place perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday far away from the stressful city life.

The ancient town of Mel rises on the hill in the south of the Valbelluna, its historical downtown teems with churches, aristocratic palaces, attractive alleys and views. Il Fontego, an ancient Venetian-style palace, is along Corso XXXI Ottobre, the main entrance to the town centre.

The downtown of Mel rises on the hill in the proximity of the Piave river, and its main square is the most peculiar and attractive place. There, Villa Francescon stands out from the other wonderful old palaces that were, in the past, the residences of the local aristocracy.
