Event dedicated to the wine driving engine of food and wine tourism

The Pro Loco Zumellese and Vinoway Italia in collaboration with Ais Belluno, the Piave Cheese Brotherhood, the Piave Left Consortium, the Coste del Feltrino Consortium, the Mele Association in Mel, Piwi Veneto and the patronage of the Borgo Valbelluna Municipality, organize an event dedicated to wine in the historic center of Mel, the orange flag of the Touring Club, which has become part of the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy since 2018.

The purpose of the event is to bring citizens closer to the world of wine, as a driving force of food and wine tourism and at the same time to emphasize local wine productions through tastings and workshops that emphasize the Belluno area to develop sustainable viticulture and start a tradition winemaking.

The event will take place in two days in the square of Mel, part of the new municipality Borgo Valbelluna where they will be set up:

- two wine bars or tasting stations (Belluno and national);
- a stage where Talk Shows will be held with prominent figures from the wine sector and where issues related to the territory and their peculiarities will be discussed;
- a tasting area in which will be proposed themed masterclasses led by vinoway, well-known personalities from the world of wine and producers;
- a food area with local productions (cheeses, cured meats, ovens)
- an area of ​​the Confraternity of Piave Cheese
- an Mele area in Mel - La Fiorita
- a show area: jazz music
